Sarah has been a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping others gain functional strength and body awareness. Sarah believes that fitness is not about the numbers, but about being self-empowered to move with greater ease, joy, strength, and confidence.

The Burn uses hand weights in combination with Sarah's creative blend of lunges, squats, planks, and push-ups. In 10 years of teaching class, Sarah's "regulars" can attest that no two workouts have ever be the same! Your muscles will feel the "burn!"
Please bring your own weights. Most participants use one set of medium weights (5-6 lbs.) and one set of heavy weights (8-10 lbs ). If you don't already have hand weights, Amazon sells several affordable sets of "neoprene dumbbells."
