PARK RAPIDS taekwondo class | TUE & THURS
- 4:30-5:10 PM -Junior Beginner & Intermediate Class, Ages 5+
- 5:15 pm to 6 pm - Junior Advance Class | Junior Black Belts
- 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm- Junior Beginner & Intermediate Class (All ranks White to Poom belts, Ages 9+).
- 7:00pm to 8:00pm > Adult Beginner and Advance Class (All belts ages 15 +)
